Chess Incremental Upgrades

The left wall is where Chess Incremental sessions are won or thrown away. Giant cards sell ChessSpeed, Wins Multi, and later boards. Each card has a level, an effect, a Chess cost, BUY, and BUY MAX. This guide is the spend order. Letter grades live on the upgrade tier list. First-hour context lives on getting started.

ChessSpeed

ChessSpeed is the engine. The board already moves. ChessSpeed raises Chess from those moves. Early rows show a +/sec number and a cost in Chess — 1.87K Chess for a +10/sec step showed up on a live card. Buy it whenever the cost is less than a few minutes of income. BUY MAX is correct here if you will not brick the next prestige by emptying the pile you needed for a board unlock.

If ChessSpeed is still level 0, nothing else on this page matters. Codes do not replace it. Tickets do not replace it. Frog does not replace it.

Wins Multi

Wins Multi sits beside ChessSpeed with a crown icon. Crowns are a second currency the auto-board can generate. The prestige header still wants Chess. Buy Wins Multi after ChessSpeed is no longer trivially cheap. A crown multiplier on a slow Chess tap is a pretty stall.

BUY versus BUY MAX

BUY takes one level. BUY MAX with an x3 tag is a bulk buy, not a secret prestige. Use BUY MAX on ChessSpeed during a potion window when you know you will stay. Use BUY when you are one level short of a breakpoint and need to see the new cost. Spamming BUY MAX on a late wall card is how 80K Chess evaporates before Prestige 1.

Later boards

The Roblox description promises hundreds of upgrades and new currencies as you go. Walk the wall instead of assuming the first two cards are the game. When a new board unlocks, read the header. If it still says it gains Chess from piece moves, it is probably a ChessSpeed cousin and belongs near the top of the spend list. If it is a cosmetic or a flex stat, it belongs after the 100K bar, not before.

We do not invent cap numbers. If a card says 0/5, that is a five-level row. If a later card has a higher cap, believe the card.

Tickets are not Chess

Shop passes bought with Tickets can raise stats, including rune stats. They are not left-wall upgrades. Keep those purchases in the shop after how to redeem. Mixing Ticket passes into this Chess spend order is how people go broke in two currencies at once.

Session spend template

1. Check the 100K prestige bar.
2. Buy ChessSpeed if the cost is comfortable.
3. Buy Wins Multi only if ChessSpeed’s next level is a long wait.
4. Leave a Chess buffer so a new board unlock does not require an emergency AFK.
5. If runes are the bottleneck, stop buying walls and open runes and ranks.

After prestige

Rebuild ChessSpeed first. The prestige guide is explicit about that. New walls that appear after Prestige 1 get a trial BUY, not an instant BUY MAX, until you see the effect on the header ETA.

Rebalance warning

3Face shipped a rebalance window complete with a now-expired code. Costs and +/sec lines can move. If a card you loved yesterday looks tax-shaped, read rebalance notes before dumping the rest of your pile. The upgrade tier list will shift with those patches.

Upgrade order is boring on purpose. Boring is how you reach 100K Chess without a Robux apology.
