Chess Incremental Prestige

Prestige is the first real skill check in Chess Incremental. The Roblox description promises multiple prestige layers and new content after each reset. The live lobby shows the first gate in plain text: Progress for Prestige 1 with a 100K Chess target, a countdown, and a percent. This page is how to hit that number without wasting Tickets.

If you have not bought ChessSpeed yet, stop and read getting started. Prestige math is pointless on a board that still earns starter Chess.

What the bar is saying

Current Chess / 100K Chess is the only number that matters for layer one. The ETA is a forecast from current income. If you buy ChessSpeed, the ETA should drop. If you AFK without upgrades, it stretches. The percent is the same ratio painted as a bar. None of those widgets are a second currency.

A screenshot from a real session showed 1.37K / 100K at 1.4% with a 2h 44m ETA. That is a healthy early reading, not a bug. Do not reset early because the ETA looks long. Do not spend Robux to skip the bar unless you already decided the shop pass is worth it on group perks.

What a prestige is for

3Face describes prestige as the switch that unlocks new content. In incremental design that usually means a permanent multiplier, a new upgrade wall, or both. The store page does not print the exact keep/lose table. Treat the first prestige as a content unlock, not a panic button. If you prestige at 20K because a video yelled at you, you donate the 20K and still have to climb 100K next time.

Prep the night before

1. Redeem working codes so Tickets are in the shop.
2. Confirm Like and Favorite for Rune Speed and Rune Luck.
3. Finish cheap ChessSpeed levels from the upgrade guide.
4. Hold Rune Luck, Speed, and Bulk potions. Each drink is 15 minutes and stacking extends duration.
5. Clear backpack clutter so you can see potion counts.

During the push

Stay in the lobby. Offline progress is not advertised. Drink Speed if rune actions are the bottleneck, Luck if you are rolling, Bulk if you can process more per click. ChessSpeed still comes from Chess, not from potions. Potions are the rune layer; ChessSpeed is the board layer. Mixing those two is how people drink three luck potions and wonder why the 100K bar did not move.

If the ETA is still measured in hours after ChessSpeed is expensive, you are in the intended grind. Chests and Game Rewards are extras. They do not replace 100K.

After you prestige

Expect Chess on the bar to reset. Expect new boards or multipliers to appear. Rebuild ChessSpeed first, the same as hour one. Do not immediately prestige again. Layer two is only worth talking about after you have seen what layer one unlocked. Log the new target on the prestige checklist so the next session does not guess.

Read updates if the reset felt weaker than last week. REBALANCE existed as a code because 3Face actually changes numbers. A prestige that felt good in August can feel different after that pass.

Mistakes that cost a session

Resetting without codes. Resetting without ChessSpeed. Drinking all potions at 5K Chess. Buying Robux potions because Tickets were sitting on the wrong shop toggle. Prestiging on the testing place. Assuming eight players in the plaza will donate Chess.

Independent progress means your 100K is yours. Leaderboards on the right are for ego, covered on leaderboards. They do not change the gate.

When you can afford to think about runes as a system instead of a panic button, open runes and ranks. Prestige is the wall. Runes are the ladder you lean on that wall.
