Expired Chess Incremental Codes

Chess Incremental codes expire when 3Face rotates a patch or a milestone window closes. The Exclusive Codes box does not explain which. It just fails. This page is the list of strings you should not type again, plus the rewards they used to pay so you can tell a YouTube thumbnail from the live shop.

Start from working codes if you have not redeemed yet. Use how to redeem if the box itself is the problem. Only come here when Use keeps rejecting a string you copied from an old video.

REBALANCE was the headline code for a week. Some roundups listed 100 Tickets and three of each potion; others listed a smaller Ticket pile. Either way, the live box no longer pays it. If a creator thumbnail still prints REBALANCE in 2026, treat the video as a history clip, not a redeem guide.

Why codes die

3Face names codes after the event that shipped them. RELEASE paid for launch. CCU and visit codes pay for population spikes. REBALANCE paid for a numbers pass. Once the event is old, leaving the code live would let new accounts skip the intended Ticket drip. The shop is not a museum.

Expired codes do not convert into Chess. They do not unlock a hidden prestige. They do not become secret strings. The only secret on the current live list is Frog, which still works and lives on working codes.

How to confirm a dead code

1. Paste the string once. If Use fails, stop.
2. Check this page and the live hub before blaming mobile keyboards.
3. Confirm you are on the public place, not the 3Face testing place.
4. Confirm you never redeemed it on this account during an earlier session.

If a code is live on Discord and dead here, Discord wins — we update from public lists, and 3Face can revive a string without a store-page edit. The code tracker is the faster checklist when you only need a yes/no.

What to do instead of retrying

Spend the Tickets you already have. Switch the shop to Tickets and buy the potion you will actually drink during a rune session. The runes and ranks guide is the decision tree. If you have no Tickets because every old code is dead, you still have Like, Favorite, and the Chess auto-board. Those loops are described in getting started and group perks.

Do not buy Robux to replace an expired code. Potion rows in the shop have Robux prices, but the whole point of Exclusive Codes is skipping that. Wait for the next CCU or visit milestone. 3Face has already shipped 100ccu, 150ccu, and 500ccu as separate strings, so another population code is more likely than a resurrected REBALANCE.

Tracking hygiene

When a new code lands, copy it into a note with the date. When it dies, move it here in your own list. That habit beats scrolling six outdated roundups. This wiki will keep the expired table short on purpose. A hundred dead strings helps nobody; a short table you can trust does.

Patch context for why REBALANCE existed is on the rebalance notes. Launch context for RELEASE, which is still active, is on release notes. If a future patch expires RELEASE, it will move to this page the same day we can confirm the shop rejection.

Keep working codes as the only redeem source during a session. Mixing this expired table into the same paste list is how people waste five minutes on REBALANCE.
